This workshop is aimed at people wishing to take care of themselves while reconnecting with nature through artistic and mindfulness activities, as well as at organizations seeking to strengthen team cohesion through creative and rejuvenating outdoor activities.

Where?

The workshop can take place outdoors or in a covered area, but always in the heart of nature to fully benefit from its beneficial effects.

Workshop sequence

The 4-hour workshop is divided into several stages, which can be adapted to suit the groups involved.

Home

– Presentation and anchoring moment.

Forest bath

– A walk in silence to observe the environment with full awareness.

– Collect natural objects and take inspiring photos.

– Depending on the weather, set up outdoors or indoors for the rest of the workshop.

Gourmet break

– Tasting of local products with information on food, health and ecology.

Painting workshop

– A painting session inspired by the walk and the elements collected.

Don't worry about a thing!

All necessary materials are provided: canvas, brushes, paints and other creative tools. If you’d like to work on a different medium, you can also bring your own canvas.

We’ll also take care of all the clean-up after the workshop, so that you can enjoy your experience to the full without any hassle.

Finally, each participant leaves with his or her own creation, a unique souvenir of this moment of connection with nature and creativity.
