Medit’Art: Two complementary workshops in a caring “here” and a mindful “now”.
What’s the event like?
The afternoon will be divided into two parts, in groups of no more than 4 people, to ensure a calm moment in a caring environment. One group will relax with guided meditations, while the second group will experiment with intuitive painting to express themselves and unleash their creative powers.
Why?
Treat yourself to a few hours of break and relaxation, a moment out of time, a real bubble of reconnection with yourself.
